Description
My version of Batman (or Bat-Man as the early stories said) inspired by the drawings of "The Case of the Chemical Syndicate" on the Detective Comics #27 magazine from 1939.
This suit has some padding suggesting bulletproof vest and accesories beneath the clothes. The cape had some noticeable blue seams, the rounded yellow belt and the insane purple/magenta gloves that keep changing colors in later reprints. Also actual bat ears... in the early years there was inconsistencies on that design: sometimes they looked like horns, sometimes like bunny ears, sometimes resembling the popular Wolverine mask that debuted many years later, or the Nite Owl mask from Watchmen.
